We seek an organized, solution-oriented individual with leadership capabilities, experienced in team management and site coordination, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Daily planning of the production team, comprising approximately 15 people. * Comprehensive monitoring of ongoing projects: layout surveys, site visits, work supervision, and team coordination. * Organization and planning of materials, machinery, and tools required for each project. * Preparation of material lists and supply control to prevent production interruptions. * Coordination and monitoring of occupational risk prevention on site. * Direct communication with clients to report progress and resolve queries. Resolution of incidents during project execution. * Requirements * Prior experience as Construction Site Manager, Project Coordinator, or Site Supervisor. * Experience in swimming pool construction companies or the broader construction sector is highly valued. * Experience in managing and coordinating work teams. * Advanced Vocational Training, Technical Architecture, or related studies (desirable but not mandatory). * Planning, organizational, and leadership skills. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Preferably residing within a proximity radius to Blanes.
