Position Summary: Grenergy is seeking a Construction Manager for its EPC team in Chile, responsible for project execution, subcontractor coordination, and adherence to schedules. Key Highlights: 1. Grenergy is an independent power producer (IPP) that integrates the development, construction, operation, and maintenance of large-scale renewable energy plants. The company also maintains in-house teams dedicated to PPA origination, structured financing, and M\&A, thereby generating efficiencies through full-process integration. At the end of 2019, Grenergy listed on the Continuous Market (Madrid Stock Exchange), consolidating its growth and enabling continuation of its ambitious international expansion plan. Currently, Grenergy operates in 12 countries: Spain (HQ), Chile, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, Argentina, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom, Poland, Romania, and the United States. Grenergy already has nearly 1 GW of projects in operation and under construction, and a pipeline of 10 GW of solar and wind projects at various development stages. Additionally, in 2021, the company invested resources to advance the development of an additional pipeline of nearly 5 GWh of energy storage projects. Due to this growth and Grenergy’s strong commitment, we are currently seeking to hire a Construction Manager for our EPC team in Chile. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Responsible for physical project execution, subcontractor and supplier coordination. * Ensure compliance with execution timelines and economic performance targets. * Monitor and support implementation of health, safety, quality, and environmental policies. * Responsible for resource management to meet the project schedule. * Ensure compliance with legal and institutional requirements related to construction execution. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience performing similar functions. * Technical knowledge in electricity, civil works, steel structures, and logistics. * Proficiency in cost control software, construction progress reporting, budgeting, subcontractor management, environmental regulations, and occupational health and safety. * Willingness to work in Chile (expatriation required). * Experience in the photovoltaic sector will be valued. * Results-oriented. * Proactive. * Strong communication skills. * Team player.
