Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Site Manager to manage and supervise construction projects, reporting to design offices and construction sites, ensuring execution and quality. Leadership, communication, and problem-solving We are looking for a Construction Site Manager who will be responsible for managing and supervising construction projects to ensure proper execution. Your duties will include coordination with the design department and on-site construction activities. The position is full-time and on-site at our facilities in Granollers and active construction sites across Catalonia (90% in the province of Barcelona). Requirements: Experience in construction project management, planning, supervision, cost control, etc. Preferred Qualifications: \- Knowledge of concrete pathology. \- Technical knowledge of materials, structures, and construction procedures, etc. \- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and ensure project quality. Also preferred: Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field, along with demonstrable prior experience in a similar role.
