You easily start natural, friendly conversations, adapt to different types of customers, and solve problems with a smile. You also enjoy teaching others to do the same. As team leader, you're expected to drive sales to maximize profitability while following division standards. Your performance will be measured by your ability to meet individual and productivity goals. You'll take on management and leadership responsibilities in the absence of the store manager and assistant manager. Responsibilities Inspire and motivate your team to drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service. Maintain individual and productivity goals. Maintain quality and productivity across all aspects of your store. Act as a partner between customers, sales associates, assistant manager, and store manager. Ability to learn and share product knowledge and trends to match customer needs. Stay informed and knowledgeable about all products, keeping up with current and upcoming trends and products. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment. Qualifications At least one year of retail experience Self-confident and comfortable engaging with customers to deliver an excellent experience Motivated to achieve outstanding results through personal enthusiasm for connecting with customers and sport products Initiate tasks or activities without direct supervision Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
