Your role will involve translating national strategy into practical, effective on-the-ground action plans. You will serve as the visible face overseeing sales operations, consistently striving to meet profitability targets and achieve sustained growth. You will be responsible for designing the annual commercial plan, guiding regional coordinators, analyzing market dynamics, and nurturing relationships with key customers. Additionally, you will ensure that marketing campaigns and pricing policies are correctly implemented across the region and conduct detailed performance tracking to report to senior management. A minimum of five years’ experience managing sales teams is required; experience in the industrial, DIY, or professional distribution sectors is highly valued. Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and office productivity software is essential, as is strong negotiation ability. Willingness and availability to travel within the region and maintain regular communication with headquarters under a full-time employment contract are mandatory. Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field). Minimum of five years’ experience in commercial management and leading sales teams, ideally within industrial, DIY, or professional distribution companies. Strong technical orientation and analytical capability. Solid knowledge of business analysis, negotiation techniques, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite. High availability for travel within the assigned region and regular visits to headquarters.
