As the Product Development Team Lead, your responsibilities will focus on the following areas: * Collaborate in defining the product plan and be responsible for its planning and execution. * Report to management on the status of the plan and measures taken to achieve it. * Lead the product development team—one of the company’s strategic lines. * Foster company culture by embodying and communicating its values, and cultivating an environment supporting the team’s personal and professional growth. * Actively collaborate with the Operations Lead and Technology Lead to address requirements for product evolution. * Ensure adherence to customer development plans. * Guarantee accurate functional and technical definition of developments, as well as test and deployment plans ensuring successful delivery without operational impact. Required capabilities for fulfilling these responsibilities include: * Experience managing development projects and their full lifecycle (definition, planning, tracking, testing, and deployment). * Experience managing clients and development demand. * Experience leading teams and training them to foster growth-oriented environments aligned with goal achievement. * Experience with development lifecycle tracking and control tools. * Experience defining methodologies and procedures for tracking and executing product developments. * Design and evolution of web applications. * Knowledge of microservices-based web architectures. * Proficiency in PHP—especially Symfony 2 and later versions; knowledge of JavaEE and Node.js is a plus. * HIGHLY DESIRABLE: Experience in unit and functional test development, SOLID principles, TDD and/or CLEAN architecture. * Knowledge of RESTful and SOAP APIs. * Knowledge of databases (MySQL). * Functional understanding of the Telco domain is desirable. Experience in the telecommunications sector—particularly in cataloging, sales, contracting, processing, provisioning, billing, collections, recovery, and incentives—is valued.
