Responsibilities: \- Plan and coordinate workshop service scheduling, deadlines, and urgent requests according to demand. \- Implement operational efficiency and cost reduction strategies. \- Supervise services, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards. \- Analyze and improve service processes, identify incidents, and propose improvements. \- Implement inventory control systems, materials, methods, and timing. \- Collaborate and coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Management, etc. \- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. \- Analyze workshop performance. Regular evaluation of KPIs, cost reports, efficiency, and margins. \- Identify improvement opportunities, ensuring service objectives are met efficiently and effectively. \- Technical and operational coordination of installations at complex customer sites. \- Installation protocols designed to minimize customer downtime and maximize efficiency. \- Lead technical installation and quality assurance teams. \- Post-installation inspections of complex interventions. \- Coordinate technical advisory services to customers. \- Manage personnel incidents, staffing planning, and resources. \- Foster teamwork, camaraderie, and creativity. Promote a positive work environment. ### **Requirements** \- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar. \- C1 English (for communication with Headquarters). \- Experience in the service sector, specifically in workshop management. \- Availability to travel to various workshops nationwide. \- Experience in industrial conveyor belts will be valued. \- Required competencies: team management, results orientation, communication skills, problem-solving ability. ### **We Offer** \- Permanent position. \- Opportunity to join a leading multinational company in its sector. \- Fixed salary: 50K \+ Bonus \+ company car.
