





As Deputy to Management, your primary responsibility will be direct collaboration with management in organizing, controlling, and continuously improving all internal processes that ensure smooth daily operations. Your responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating vehicle movement throughout each stage—from arrival for inspection to final preparation, including mechanical work, painting, cleaning, and listing. You will also implement and manage a digital system for operational control, analyze cycle times for each phase to identify potential delays, and propose solutions. Prioritizing vehicles based on their condition or urgency, and coordinating with various departments—including workshop, parts, and sales—will be essential. Additionally, you will prepare weekly reports featuring key operational performance indicators and actively participate in major projects, such as facility expansion or planning for new openings. **Professional Experience:** 3 to 5 years of experience **Education:** **University degree in Engineering:** Industrial, Organization, Automotive, etc. Or Equivalent experience in operations, after-sales, workshops, logistics, production, or fleet management. * 2 to 6 years of experience in roles involving responsibility for processes or operational coordination. * Experience in the automotive, leasing, fleet, or authorized workshop sectors is highly desirable.
