Special emphasis is placed on improving your language skills. **Your daily routine will sound like this…** * Ensure achievement of departmental objectives and compliance with critical processes and operational standards set by the hotel. * Load and unload the dishwasher, dry and organize tableware, cutlery, and glassware. * Clean and prepare kitchen utensils and kitchenware, making them available to the Chef and Kitchen Assistant. * Clean the kitchen area, efficiently managing time and ensuring optimal final results. * Clean kitchen machinery, guaranteeing it remains in perfect condition for the next service. * Perform office cleaning. * Place weekly cleaning supplies orders and report them to the Head Chef. * Prepare tableware for the organization’s various sales points to streamline the team’s workflow. * Comply with the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) for performing job functions. * Ensure proper use of materials and facilities, reporting any damage or breakage of kitchen utensils and notifying relevant personnel. * Perform other duties within your competence as requested by your direct supervisor. * Comply with organizational quality, safety and health, environmental, and data protection standards. **Requirements:** --------------- **You are ideal for this position if…** Secondary education graduate (ESO).
