Position Summary: Envira Sostenible S.A. seeks a Project Manager for its Automatic Measurement Systems Department to manage client commercial relations, determine technical solutions, and ensure project execution quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages commercial relationships with clients and defines technical solutions. 2. Ensures project execution in terms of quality, budget, and schedule. 3. Participates in identifying new business opportunities. Envira Sostenible S.A., a nationally recognized company specializing in the integrated lifecycle of air quality monitoring networks and automatic emission and pollutant parameter monitoring systems, is seeking to hire a Projects Manager for its Madrid office to join its Automatic Measurement Systems Department. In collaboration with the Department Director and in coordination with the IoT Department, the role will be responsible for managing client commercial relationships and determining appropriate technical solutions to ensure successful execution of assigned projects. The incumbent will be accountable for achieving commercial objectives, maintaining direct communication with assigned clients, and continuously monitoring market developments to identify new business and cross-selling opportunities. In coordination with the Maintenance Manager, the Projects Manager will ensure the sound development of their project portfolio and continuous compliance with Envira Sostenible S.A.'s quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare technical and economic proposals in accordance with technical specifications, project requirements, and Envira Sostenible S.A.'s standards. * Ensure project execution—by Envira Sostenible S.A.—in terms of quality, budget, and schedule, covering both documentation and physical deliverables across design, manufacturing, commissioning, and warranty phases. * **Execute commercial campaigns and business growth initiatives defined by Management, aligned with an assigned account plan.** * **Proactively monitor the market, identifying and engaging in emerging growth opportunities.** * Address client needs throughout the project lifecycle, identifying areas for innovation and optimization aimed at generating new business opportunities and improving internal departmental processes. * Participate in the implementation of all digital tools designed to support Envira Sostenible S.A.'s continuous productivity improvement. Analyze, interpret, and propose corrective actions based on metrics and KPIs provided by such tools. * Attend specific training courses as required. * **Provide collaborative technical support to other projects within the Systems area as directed.** **Requirements** * Minimum qualification: Chemical Engineering degree, Chemistry degree, or Industrial Engineering degree with specialization in Electronics and Automation. * First-hand experience in designing, tuning, calibrating, and commissioning complex automatic measurement systems. * **Minimum five years of experience in instrumentation, holding project coordination responsibilities.** * Significant involvement in advanced instrumentation technical projects, preferably in gaseous, aqueous, and air quality monitoring network environments. * Advanced knowledge of analytical instrumentation. * Advanced proficiency in standard project management tools. * Minimum English level B2 or equivalent; demonstrable experience negotiating in English. **Desirable** * Successful development of public tenders and bids for high-technology metrology projects. * Experience executing tasks and work under the following standards: § ISO/IEC 17025\. § ISO 9001 § ISA 5\.1 and subsequent * Experience delivering continuous training to work teams. **Competencies** * Leadership * **Commercial mindset.** * Initiative, autonomy, and discipline. * Results orientation * Teamwork * Work quality * Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts through non-face-to-face channels.
