Support during events and banquets. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. Professional appearance and strong customer orientation. Coordinating and supervising the kitchen team; training and motivating staff to foster a positive working environment. Assisting in menu and menu card planning, recipe costing, and cost control. Supervising food preparation and presentation according to hotel standards. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
