Job Summary: Part of the store team responsible for implementing the commercial concept, stock control, supply management, and task coordination. Key Highlights: 1. As part of the store team and reporting to the Store Director, your responsibilities will include: * Ensuring implementation of the commercial concept in the store. Monitoring correct application of defined planograms and appropriate display of promotions/campaigns. * Daily review of the store’s overall condition throughout opening hours. * Stock control, ensuring product information accuracy and clarity: signage, labeling, wayfinding, promotional ambiance, etc. * Performing required tasks for the merchandise supply tool (orders, stock rotation, etc.). * Proposing new products for introduction based on customer suggestions. * Collaborating with the Center Director to organize and coordinate physical inventories. * Understanding store performance and interpreting key metrics (sales figures, categories, operating expenses, etc.), proposing improvement actions. * Ensuring mandatory Alcampo training is completed by all team members. * Collaborating with the Center Director to plan and organize daily team functions and tasks.
