




We are looking to hire a **CSA Project Manager** to lead the civil and structural execution of a **hyperscale Data Center in Zaragoza**, ensuring proper planning, technical coordination, safety, cost control, and client and subcontractor relationships. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience managing civil works in complex projects who wish to join a global, innovative team with strong growth prospects in Spain. **LOCATION:** Zaragoza, Spain **SECTOR:** Data Centers **AVAILABILITY:** Immediate incorporation **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** **Project initiation** * Coordinate project handover from Estimation to the Construction team. * Collaborate with Operations Management on staffing planning. * Validate the project and develop the business plan, cost control, cash flow, and billing schedule. * Prepare the procurement plan, design/engineering plan, construction schedule, S-curve, and resource histogram. * Maintain technical communication with the client and design team regarding engineering, procurement, and contractual requirements. * Develop safety, quality, document control plans, and execution methodologies. * Mobilize subcontractors, internal resources, and auxiliary equipment. * Organize site setup and initial establishment. **Project execution and control** * Establish training plans for personnel assigned to the project. * Lead the construction team and daily operations, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, safety, and contractual scope. * Ensure adherence to schedule, material deliveries, engineering, and safety requirements. * Ensure technical audits are conducted according to the design plan (when applicable). * Participate in regular meetings with the client. * Coordinate weekly progress meetings with subcontractors, addressing safety, scheduling, progress, and operational needs. * Manage economic control, sales, purchases, certifications, and variations together with the Quantity Surveyor. * Inform the client in advance about commercial forecasts and billing. * Measure weekly productivity on-site and keep progress tracking updated. * Prepare and present monthly internal reports to Operations Management. * Drive coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, commissioning, and other teams. * Maintain smooth, transparent, goal-oriented communication with all project stakeholders. **Project closure and handover** * Ensure testing, verification, and commissioning in accordance with the quality plan. * Ensure final design audit when required. * Certify all necessary systems within the agreed timeframe for client delivery. * Coordinate technical demonstrations with the client and relevant authorities. * Deliver operation and maintenance manuals and as-built drawings. * Prepare financial closeout with the Quantity Surveyor, present it, and agree it with the client. * Demobilize facilities, equipment, and project resources. * Prepare the project closure report and archive it according to corporate procedures. * Maintain contact with the client during the warranty period until release of retentions. **Other responsibilities** * Keep the site diary / logbook up to date. * Participate in monthly internal Project Managers' meetings. * Fully integrate into the company culture, policies, and processes. * Propose improvements in procedures, execution, safety, productivity, and client relations. * Maintain and develop strong professional relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. * Act as one of the key initial hires for the project in Zaragoza. **REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE** * University degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. * Proven experience leading CSA projects in industrial, technological, or infrastructure construction. * Solid knowledge of structures, foundations, site development, and utility services installations. * Experience managing projects with budgets between EUR 5M and EUR 30M. * Competent in coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, engineering teams, and clients. * Proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Proactive, organized, problem-solving profile with leadership skills and safety orientation. * Ability to work in multinational environments under quality and compliance standards. **LANGUAGES** * Fluent Spanish * Professional English (C1) **CONTRACT** * Permanent contract with immediate start * Competitive compensation based on experience * Stable, high-tech value project * Possibility of accommodation/rotation depending on residence * International, collaborative culture focused on professional development
