Working with a dynamic Logistics team, you will play a key role in material handling within the Distribution Center located in Sant Cugat, Spain. As a Warehouse Operator (Forklift Driver), you will perform receiving, storage, order picking, inventory control, and shipping—all in compliance with corporate standards. To carry out these tasks, you will use a variety of equipment, including retractable and counterbalanced forklifts, electric stackers, manual and electric pallet jacks. As part of operations, you will be a trusted team member known for your strong understanding of procedures and equipment. You will follow standard procedures to complete tasks, some of which may vary in scope, sequence, complexity, and duration. Your Key Responsibilities * **Mobile Equipment Operation:** Operate retractable and counterbalanced forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other equipment safely and efficiently for daily movement of goods in the warehouse. * **Inventory and Location Management:** Store products in designated locations and perform receiving and unloading tasks, verifying accuracy and quality of incoming shipments. * **Order Picking & Packing:** Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures, ensuring all items are selected accurately and packed correctly. * **Technology Use (WMS):** Record all stock movements using radio-frequency terminals and management systems, ensuring full product traceability. * **Operational Improvement & KPIs:** Collaborate with team leaders to propose actions that improve productivity and efficiency, ensuring achievement of KPI targets and safety standards. * **Team Support:** Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to meet order dispatch goals and enhance warehouse organization. **Who You Are*** **Active and Practical Person:** You enjoy dynamic work and are comfortable operating machinery. * **Responsible and Precise:** You focus on work quality and safety while operating equipment. * **Team Player:** You maintain a positive attitude and are always willing to help keep the warehouse running like clockwork. * **Improvement-Oriented:** You constantly seek ways to perform tasks more efficiently. * **Technology Change Enabler:** You are enthusiastic about new technologies and feel comfortable working alongside automation systems, viewing innovation as a tool to simplify and improve daily work. **Qualifications and Experience*** **Vocational Training:** Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Transport and Logistics or equivalent. * **Forklift License:** Valid license and hands-on experience operating retractable and counterbalanced forklifts in warehouse environments. * **Warehouse Experience:** Familiarity with standard warehouse operations (loading/unloading, picking, put-away). * **Systems:** Prior experience with SAP EWM or any other Warehouse Management System (WMS) is highly desirable. * **English:** Basic/intermediate level to understand global group instructions or procedures. **What We Offer** A stable, safe, and professional work environment where your daily contributions directly improve people’s health.
