The main responsibilities include: * Delivering high-quality service to customers. * Preparing work areas prior to service. * Attending and serving tables following established procedures. * Knowing and advising on various food and wine items featured on the menu. * Cleaning and resetting areas for the next service. * Monitoring customer needs during service. REQUIREMENTS * Experience in Japanese restaurants. * Knowledge of Japanese cuisine. * Residence within the province where the position is located. * Advanced level of English.
