The main responsibilities include: * Delivering high-quality service to customers. * Preparing work areas for service. * Attending to and serving tables following established procedures. * Knowing and advising on various food and wine items on the menu. * Cleaning and resetting for the next service. * Monitoring customers’ needs during service. REQUIREMENTS * Experience in Japanese restaurants. * Knowledge of Japanese cuisine. * Residency within the province where the position is located. * Advanced English proficiency.
