We are proud to take fashion beyond borders, connecting our unique style with people around the globe. **YOUR NEW ROLE** We are seeking a VISUAL MERCHANDISER for our MANGO SANTANDER store located at Monasterio. We offer an indefinite contract at 35 hours per week. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate visual merchandising efforts for fashion products, including apparel, accessories, and footwear. * Design window displays and shelving layouts for seasonal clothing lines, commercial garments, and accessory collections. * Create original presentation designs and/or redesigns of existing presentations to attract the target market. * Supervise the implementation of visual designs in stores, ensuring adherence to established guidelines. * Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align visual merchandising strategies with promotional campaigns and sales objectives. **ABOUT YOU** * Minimum 6 months’ experience as Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Visual Merchandiser (VM) at MANGO or other fashion companies, or 2 years’ experience in a MANGO store—preferably in the Woman line. * Experience as VM, Assistant Visual Merchandiser, or VM support will be valued. * Studies in Visual Merchandising, styling, or window display design will be valued.
