At DXC Spain, we are seeking a **UX Designer** to join our large **AdvisoryX** team.
We seek a UX Designer with at least five years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in UI design, usability principles, and design systems, and possess advanced proficiency in tools such as Figma. Additionally, they must have solid experience in user research to create intuitive experiences.
**Requirements:**
* Demonstrable experience in UX/UI design.
* Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
* Knowledge of design systems and atomic design.
* Experience in user research and data analysis.
* Knowledge of accessibility standards.
* Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and communicate ideas clearly—both verbally and in writing.
* Problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.
* Attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
* Initiative to identify issues and propose improvements, anticipating user needs.
* Strong communication skills.
* **Minimum English level B2/C1** (for meetings and documentation).
* **On-site availability** in **Madrid / Barcelona** (hybrid model with required in-person presence).
**Responsibilities:**
* Design attractive and functional user interfaces.
Apply design systems and collaborate on component library evolution.
* Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
* Analyze research findings and translate them into effective design solutions.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design implementation.
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas.
* Stay current with trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
