We are offering the position of **Transport Operations Supervisor** at one of our logistics operations in Valencia (Castelló \- Ribera Alta). You will join the center’s management team and be responsible for coordinating and supporting operational management safely and efficiently, working within clear guidelines to help achieve defined results for the center and its customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure service delivery in coordination with other departments and transport supervisors at the center. * Coordinate and supervise assigned transportation processes, ensuring alignment with client-defined requirements. * Contribute to optimizing transportation-related costs within your area of responsibility. * Analyze and monitor expenses arising from managed processes, identify potential deviations, and propose corrective actions. * Manage and maintain an effective relationship with transport providers regarding assigned processes. * Ensure compliance with legal requirements and quality standards in transportation processes under your responsibility. * Guarantee adherence to operational agreements defined with clients for managed processes. * Support and supervise direct reports to foster a culture of commitment within your area of responsibility. * Be frequently present to oversee core activities and resolve or escalate tactical issues within established guidelines. **Requirements:*** Fluent English (spoken \& written). * Minimum two years’ experience as Operations Coordinator in a multinational company. * Intermediate or higher education qualification. * Planning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. * Communication, impact, and influence skills.
