We operate officially accredited training centers recognized by governmental bodies and ICT manufacturers, where we deliver high-impact training that transforms careers and organizations. #### **What Are We Looking For?** We are growing and want you to join our team in **Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid.** We seek a **Subsidized Training Manager** to lead the planning, management, and monitoring of our national and regional training programs. #### **What Will You Do Daily?** ⚙️ * Recruiting and managing trainers * Managing subsidized training programs at the national level and/or for the Community of Madrid * Planning and scheduling courses * Managing potential documentary requirements * Preparing final course reports for submission to the administration/certification * Monitoring, together with other departments, the quality of delivered training * Student follow-up: implementation and certification * Group certification * Managing communications with the administration * Handling inspections and administrative technical staff * Managing professional certifications, including internships * Monitoring student and center satisfaction levels during training delivery to ensure successful completion #### **What Requirements Do You Need for This Position?** * Proficiency in **SFOC, FUNDAE**, and other subsidized training management applications * Experience managing SEPE-subsidized courses * Experience managing professional certifications * Degree in Psychology, Psychopedagogy, Pedagogy, Sociology, Humanities, etc. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Ideally, **at least 3 years’ experience** managing subsidized training at the national and/or Madrid level * Key skills: **team management**, **effective communication**, **organization**, **problem-solving**, and **customer orientation** #### **Preferred Qualifications...** * Proficiency in **Moodle** * E-Learning tutor training #### **What Does Nascor Formación Offer You?** * **Indefinite-term contract** and job stability within an expanding company * Working hours: **Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM–3:00 PM.
