Position Summary: Shift manager responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a food retail store by managing daily operations and supervising processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage daily operations and supervise in-store processes. 2. Inventory control, order management, and operational optimization. 3. Handling customer complaints, team development, and sales forecasting. We are seeking a shift manager for a major food retail store in Irun. Your role will be to ensure the store operates correctly during your shift by managing daily operations and overseeing compliance with all processes. Your responsibilities will include preparing inventory reports and placing merchandise orders to guarantee product availability, as well as optimizing operational processes. You will also be responsible for shrinkage control, quality management and stock rotation, and preparing daily reports. Additionally, you will handle customer complaints and support your team’s professional development and training. You will plan sales forecasts, develop work schedules, and manage the store’s cash flow. A Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification (or equivalent) is required, along with availability to work rotating shifts. Prior experience in similar roles and within the distribution sector will be valued.
