CLARÁ GROUP seeks a Store Manager to lead and manage all operations of its Rosa Clará Pamplona store, providing our customers with an exceptional experience and ensuring sales targets are achieved. The primary responsibilities of this position are: * Comprehensively manage the store's business. * Provide personalized customer service throughout all stages of the process, both during sales and after-sales service. * Drive store sales and achieve established targets. * Coordinate all activities necessary for the store’s smooth operation. * Update and expand the customer base. Requirements: * Minimum of 3 years’ verifiable experience as a store manager. * Goal- and incentive-oriented individual with experience in understanding and managing KPIs. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency is a plus. * Knowledge of garment care/alterations is considered an advantage.
