Job Summary: Saigu Cosmetics is seeking a Store Manager to lead its new store in Bilbao, inspiring the team and creating a memorable experience for customers. Key Highlights: 1. Lead a team in an environment of authenticity and passion for makeup. 2. Professional development and a wellbeing-focused workplace. 3. Ongoing training in makeup and sales with dedicated support team. Saigu Cosmetics is a makeup and cosmetics brand launched in 2019 with the goal of revolutionizing the industry. We aimed to prove that outstanding quality products can compete with major multinational players—while prioritizing the environment, animals, and people. We are growing rapidly, so we must be on the right track—but we need talent, values, and skills like yours to keep moving forward. **Can you imagine leading a store where authenticity, trust, and passion for makeup are palpable?** We are looking for a **Store Manager** to lead our new Bilbao store. We will initially operate in a temporary “Pop-Up” mode. We’re not looking for someone who simply manages—we seek someone who inspires and transforms daily store operations into an experience the team and every customer wants to repeat. **What will you do if you join the team?** * You will be the person who **organizes store operations**: scheduling, shifts, experience calendar, and anything else the team needs to function smoothly. * You will **manage day-to-day operations**: sales, customer service, stock control, metrics, targets—and everything that makes a store truly functional. * You will **actively participate in sales and advisory services**, serving as a reference figure for the team in professional makeup and cosmetics techniques. * You will oversee **inventory control and product replenishment**, ensuring essentials are never out of stock. * You will be responsible for **cashier duties** (transactions, returns, end-of-day reconciliation) and store tidiness. * You will **actively listen to customers and team members**, collecting feedback and relaying suggestions to the Retail department. * You will **handle incidents** following our customer service protocols, with a human-centered and empathetic approach. * You will **drive in-store makeup experiences** and manage the appointment schedule. * You will help onboard new team members, identify talent, and **promote internal team development.** **What will you find here?** * A **healthy, wellbeing- and professional-development-focused environment** for every individual. * **50% discount on the full product range for you and anyone you choose to share it with**, plus Saigu gifts at every product launch. * **Work schedules that respect your personal life**: two days off per week and a full-time schedule of 40 hours/week. * **Training in professional makeup and sales techniques**. You’ll learn from a team that genuinely supports you. * **Personalized professional development path**. Have big dreams? There’s space for them here. * A highly attractive and competitive **compensation package** (base salary + variable bonus + annual training allowance). * And a great opportunity: Lead the new store project opening in Bilbao this April. **We’d love to have you on board if:** * You have **2–3 years of experience leading retail store teams**. You understand what it means to be in charge—and you’re motivated by mentoring and helping your team grow. * You possess **solid technical knowledge of professional makeup**, and know how to convey it effectively to both team and customers. * You are deeply familiar with **professional makeup products**: what makes them unique, how to apply them, and how to help each person find what they need. * You feel fully capable of **leading and developing in-store makeup services**, paying attention to every detail and ensuring excellent customer experience. * You are fully proficient in Spanish and English in a professional context. **What about the selection process?** If you match what we’re looking for: * We’ll call you by phone to get to know you better and assess mutual fit. * Next, we’ll conduct a video interview. * Finally, we’ll invite you for an in-person interview—where you’ll also demonstrate your brush skills through a practical test. We’ll take great care throughout this entire process because this is more than just a job. We want to get to know you—and for you to get to know us. We spend many hours with our team, and for us, personal connection is as essential as professional alignment. We want you to be certain this project resonates with you—with your values, your way of working, and your way of life.
