Job Responsibilities
Daily store management
Customer service and resolution of basic inquiries
Staff training and shift scheduling
Team coordination and incident management
Requirements
Dynamic and extroverted individual with strong teamwork skills, effective communication, organizational ability, responsibility, and attention to detail
Native-level proficiency in both Spanish and English
Minimum education: Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) or university degree
Valid work permit (mandatory)
Prior experience of 1–2 years in similar roles is preferred
Employment Conditions
Gross monthly salary: €1,400 – €2,500 (depending on profile)
Permanent contract with full Social Security coverage (100% covered)
Performance-based bonuses and merit supplements
Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week (including a 2-hour lunch break)
Vacation: 30 paid working days per year
Paid national holidays
Defined career plan and periodic salary reviews
