Summary: We are looking for a store manager responsible for supervising and managing the team, driving sales, and ensuring quality. Highlights: 1. Lead and motivate the team daily 2. Drive sales and achievement of objectives 3. Responsible for stock and quality management We are seeking a store manager with at least one year of experience in a similar role. The store is located in the center of Olot and specializes in kitchen utensils. This is a full-time contract of 40 hours per week with one day off. The candidate will be responsible for the store as well as for team management. Responsibility for store supervision and management; team management, including daily leadership and motivation; driving sales and achievement of objectives while ensuring compliance; responsible for staff selection, training, mentoring, and management of schedules and holidays; ensuring a positive work environment in the store; responsible for stock management; ensuring compliance with quality standards and occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations in the store. * Experience: 1 year. Prior experience as a store manager/retail manager is mandatory. * Spanish (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Catalan (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: Leadership ability, customer orientation, passion for sales, proactivity, responsibility, and conflict resolution skills * Permanent employment contract * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary from '1790' to '1791'
