You will guide your team with passion, inspiring service excellence and delivering tangible results in sales, customer loyalty, and experience quality. With support from your Field Coach, you will translate brand strategy into daily actions, ensuring high performance and a motivating, cohesive environment. **Responsibilities** * Lead, motivate, and develop the team to ensure premium service. * Analyze KPIs and commercial results to improve performance and sales opportunities. * Manage the boutique’s daily operations, ensuring order, visual presentation, and adherence to brand standards. * Promote an omnichannel culture and leverage CRM to build lasting customer relationships. * Collaborate with your Field Coach and headquarters to implement commercial, product, and training strategies. * Be a role model of positive leadership and ambassador of the brand’s values. **Profile** * Experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in premium/luxury retail. * Passion for developing people and creating outstanding customer experiences. * Charismatic, analytical, and results-oriented leadership. * Energy, vision, and desire to represent a prestigious brand. **What We Offer** Working at BOGGI Milano means joining a dynamic, elegant, and people-oriented environment.
