Currently, we are looking for two dynamic and committed individuals to join as Shop Managers for the brands Moda Re- and Beyondwear. If you are passionate about circular fashion, the retail world, and wish to grow within a socially impactful project, we are looking for you! Attend to and retain customers by providing personalized, high-quality service. Manage the point of sale: store image, cash register, and window displays. Analyze sales indicators and establish action plans to achieve targets. Organize and maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse. Manage inventory: orders, receipt, restocking, and inventory control. Use the POS system and keep records and log sheets up to date. Coordinate and distribute team tasks, leveraging each person’s strengths and skills. Manage schedules and ensure compliance with quality standards and occupational risk prevention (ORP) regulations. Promote and convey the Foundation’s values. * Minimum 2 years’ experience: At least two years’ experience in point-of-sale management and team coordination. Basic office software knowledge. * MIDDLE-GRADE VOCATIONAL TRAINING QUALIFICATION * Catalan (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Spanish (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Competencies / Knowledge: Proactive and initiative-driven individual, capable of anticipating shop needs and proposing improvements that enhance the shopping experience and results. Customer-oriented, with the ability to identify sales opportunities and offer solutions tailored to customer needs, thereby increasing satisfaction and loyalty. Flexible enough to adapt to changing work rhythms and business needs, while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude. Leadership capability to guide and motivate the team, fostering cohesion and developing each person’s potential. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary: 1625 * Additional relevant information: One position with a temporary contract, covering a long-term leave, full-time, Monday to Saturday schedule.
