Our client is a European leader with over 40 years of history, presence in more than 60 countries, and annual production exceeding 100 million plants. It stands out for its strong investment in R\+D\+i and its commitment to sustainable agriculture. This position is critical to ensuring the company’s profitability and operational efficiency, overseeing key work centers and reporting directly to senior management. Key Responsibilities Cost Standardization: Analyze the current analytical cost structure of the Huelva center. Define guidelines and coordinate uniform cost allocation criteria across the organization. Budgetary Control by Crop: Develop and monitor specific budgets per farm and crop (labor, fertilizers, pesticides, maintenance, and investments). Variance Analysis: Identify and justify deviations from budget, issuing periodic reports with corrective action proposals. Management Dashboards (KPIs): Design reporting tools for management to reflect business performance and critical cost trends. Productivity Management: Monitor yields and develop productivity-based incentive systems for field and warehouse staff. Financial Support: Perform bank reconciliations and other tasks supporting the financial closing process. ### **Requirements** Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years in similar roles (Management Controller, Financial Controller, or Operations Controller). Education: University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or Engineering. Prior experience in auditing is highly valued. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (essential for data processing and reporting). Mobility: Must be available for travel (occasional visits to the Huelva center).
