Dynamic and team-oriented work environment Catalonia Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Second Chef to join the kitchen team at our MAJORICA hotel, located in the heart of Palma de Mallorca city. Main responsibilities include: * Coordinating the kitchen station or section under their responsibility. * Supporting, monitoring, and implementing the Head Chef’s requirements. * Preparing dishes from their station and supervising their finishing and presentation. * Supervising cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area assigned to their station and ensuring tools and facilities are in perfect condition. * Coordinating the work of staff under their supervision, allocating tasks according to workload. * Assisting in training staff under their supervision. * Participating in inventory control, storage, and preservation of goods. REQUIREMENTS * Professional culinary education. * Experience in gastronomic restaurants and catering operations. * Proactivity, dynamism, leadership. * Willingness to reside abroad. * Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, results-oriented.
