




JOB OBJECTIVE Manage the assigned store as a commercial lead generation point, providing professional and sales-oriented customer service, with the goal of converting in-person visits into home measurement appointments and renovation budget estimates, ensuring customer follow-up until the budget is delivered by the closer. RESPONSIBILITIES - In-store customer service. - Clear and persuasive presentation of renovation services. - Lead generation and customer data entry into CRM. - Conversion of in-store visits into measurement appointments. - Active follow-up and direct communication with customers. - Coordination with the sales and closing teams. - Management of store image, organization, and operations. - Achievement of sales targets. REQUIRED PROFILE - Minimum 2–3 years of experience in face-to-face sales. - Prior experience in renovations, real estate, or services is desirable. - Commercial, persuasive, and results-driven profile. - Excellent appearance and communication skills. - Ability to follow up and manage customers. - Motivation to work on commission.
