Your mission will be to coordinate the established eCommerce processes for online order management at the hypermarket, ensuring that customer online orders follow established procedures from preparation through to goods delivery. As Online Order Preparation Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Leading and managing the order-picking team, ensuring its organization, scheduling, and training. * Ensuring operational processes are correctly executed, meeting established quality criteria and timeframes, and avoiding shortages (quantity and assortment). * Managing corrective actions to minimize product shortages (quantity and/or assortment) and optimize preparation of fresh product displays. * Ensuring transport services comply with established procedures: arrival times, delivery execution, staff presence, and customer-facing conduct. * Monitoring implementation of corrective measures to guarantee customer satisfaction. * Reporting incidents with the aim of implementing timely corrective actions. * Managing activity reporting for the eCommerce Management team. * Proposing continuous daily operational improvements aimed at enhancing management efficiency.
