Candidate profile sought * Minimum 3 years’ experience managing service stations or high-turnover businesses with customer-facing operations. * Demonstrable experience in team leadership and coordination. * Proficiency in management software and office applications. * Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills. * Availability and flexibility to work rotating shifts. Your day-to-day responsibilities * Coordinate the workforce, ensure shift coverage, and supervise daily task execution. * Train staff on procedures, customer service, and station operations. * Supervise cleanliness, maintenance, and proper functioning of all station facilities and equipment. * Manage and analyze sales, margins, and commercial targets. * Place fuel and shop product orders, and manage inventory and stock control. * Perform daily cash reconciliations, oversee cash counts, and process cash deposits. * Address and resolve customer issues, ensuring excellent service delivery. * Ensure overall station performance complies with directives from Management. * Monitor compliance with legal, environmental, and safety regulations. * Analyze business KPIs and produce periodic reports for Management. Requirements * Minimum 1 year’s experience managing service stations or high-turnover businesses with customer-facing operations. * Demonstrable experience in team leadership and coordination. * Proficiency in management software and office applications. * Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills. * Availability and flexibility to work rotating shifts. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
