We are seeking a Talent Management Manager to accompany us during this phase of organizational growth and professionalization. Key Responsibilities Design and development of career paths and training plans aligned with the company’s growth. End-to-end management of recruitment processes: job posting, interviews, and onboarding support. Development and monitoring of the company’s compensation and benefits plan. Support to senior management in defining HR policies and corporate culture. Talent management and team development within a technical and specialized environment. Continuous improvement of internal HR processes. Requirements Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration (ADE), or related field. Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within technical companies or high-growth organizations. Ability to structure and professionalize the HR function.
