Fundesplai is seeking a person to join the reception team at Centre Esplai, located in El Prat de Llobregat. Schedule and working hours: Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, primarily afternoon shifts: 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM Occasionally, some night shifts: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM \- Weekly working hours: 37.5 hours Night shift premium is included when applicable. Responsibilities: * Prompt, friendly, and effective in-person and telephone assistance. * Administrative and commercial support. * Management of hotel software: check-in, check-out, and billing. * Being the first smile and primary point of support for our clients and staff. ### **Requirements** \- Qualification: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Hospitality and Tourism or equivalent. * High proficiency in English, Spanish, and Catalan. * Minimum one year of experience as a receptionist. Preferred qualifications: * Knowledge of additional languages. * Work experience in similar settings. * Residence in El Prat de Llobregat. ### **Offer** \- Location: Reception at Centre Esplai, El Prat de Llobregat. * Working hours: 37.5 hours/week or 30 hours/week \- Annual gross salary of €20,800–€21,000 for a weekly working schedule of 37.5 hours. * Collective Agreement: Collective Agreement for the Educational Leisure and Socio-Cultural Sector of Catalonia. * Start date: Immediate.
