We sell villas and properties located on the first line of the Costa Blanca and are expanding into new areas. **What are we looking for?** A person familiar with the local area — its geography, its people, and those considering selling — to identify properties for sale (exclusive and non-exclusive) in Calpe and surrounding areas. We are not seeking an office-based salesperson: we seek someone who already knows the neighborhood, has contacts, or is skilled at door-to-door outreach and building trust with property owners. **Responsibilities:** · Identify property owners interested in selling · Secure sales mandates (exclusive or open) · Coordinate with the VAXLY team for property valuation and listing **Conditions:** · \+ Additional commission upon successful property sale · No limit on the number of listings — the more you bring in, the more you earn · Full flexibility regarding working hours and territory **We are looking for:** · Local area knowledge (Calpe, Moraira, Finestrat, La Nucía or surrounding areas) · Ability to build trust with property owners · Prior real estate experience is not mandatory — however, having a network of contacts or local knowledge is essential Salary: 20\.000,00€\-25\.000,00€ per year Work location: Hybrid remote work in 03710 Calp, Alicante province
