




Job Summary: We are seeking a psychologist to develop and plan activities at a Day Center, promoting user autonomy and well-being. Key Responsibilities: 1. Planning and development of activities focused on user autonomy. 2. Conducting assessments and designing Personalized Care Plans. 3. Adopting a care model that prioritizes people's well-being. We seek a professional holding a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology to join our team in Proaza. The main responsibilities will involve actively participating in the planning and implementation of Day Center activities, always adhering to a care model that prioritizes users' autonomy and well-being, and promoting active routines for a healthy lifestyle. Responsibilities include conducting initial and semi-annual user assessments. Additionally, active participation in designing and implementing Personalized Care Plans is required, ensuring they meet each individual's specific needs. A Master's Degree in General Health Psychology will be considered favorably. Prior work experience of at least six months in gerontology is mandatory. A personal vehicle is required for commuting to the workplace in Proaza. The contract is temporary for one year, with potential extension. Working hours amount to 20 hours per week, following a rotating weekly schedule: one week from Monday to Thursday, 09:00–14:00, and the following week from Tuesday to Friday, same hours. Salary will comply with the Collective Agreement for Home Help Services and Related Activities.
