Responsibilities * Planning, coordination, and supervision of construction projects. * Control of budgets, schedules, and resources. * Management of technical teams and subcontractors. * Monitoring of construction progress and reporting to management. * Ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations. * Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Requirements * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction project management. * Knowledge of planning tools (MS Project or similar). * Leadership and organizational skills. * High proficiency in Spanish; English is an asset. * Valid driver’s license.
