This is a hands-on position with a steady pace, where attention to detail and teamwork are essential for daily efficiency. The working week totals 31 hours, with rotating shifts: morning (06:00–13:55), afternoon (14:20–22:15), and night (22:10–06:05, voluntary). Work is scheduled Monday through Sunday, with two rotating days off; however, activity is primarily concentrated Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend requirements. Availability for additional hours is required. Compensation is approximately €10.91/hour gross for daytime shifts and €12.38/hour for night shifts, subject to possible updates. The facility is well-connected, so having one’s own vehicle facilitates access. Immediate hiring is available via an ETT (Temporary Employment Agency) contract, with potential continuity depending on the project. Prior experience in production, handling, or packaging is required—preferably at least one year—to enable quick adaptation to the role’s dynamics and immediate autonomy. It is essential to be comfortable with repetitive tasks and consistent work rhythms, maintaining concentration and work quality throughout the shift while following standardized procedures and production targets. Attention to detail is critical when inspecting codes, labels, and finishes to prevent errors and ensure each product meets established standards.
