We take pride in taking fashion beyond borders, connecting our unique style with people around the globe. **YOUR NEW ROLE:** We are looking for a ***Procurement Analyst*** for our **Indirect Purchasing** team. **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Your mission will be to support the **Indirect Purchasing** area by participating in information analysis, project execution, and contract management, focusing on **Sourcing \& Procurement** processes within the services category. You will work closely with internal teams to identify needs, support tendering processes, analyze supplier proposals, and contribute to contract and savings tracking, ensuring compliance with the company’s purchasing policies and processes. **Main responsibilities include:** * Supporting the launch of RFIs and RFQs, preparing technical and commercial documentation for service projects. * Participating in defining requirements for categories under negotiation, in coordination with internal stakeholders. * Documenting benefits achieved per project, maintaining the savings tracking tool up to date. * Analyzing supplier proposals both technically and commercially, preparing cost and service comparisons, and issuing procurement recommendations. * Tracking projects related to the category. * Leading tenders and contracting processes for non-strategic and lower-volume services. * Coordinating the creation, signing, and archiving of contracts. * Ensuring compliance with global procurement policies and processes defined in the Procurement Ways of Working. **ABOUT YOU:** * Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or Engineering. * Advanced level of English required. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in roles related to purchasing or negotiation, tendering processes, and analysis. * Analytical ability, organization, and planning skills. * Results-oriented, committed, motivated, and capable of working effectively in a team. **YOUR BENEFITS:** * Enjoy a flexible schedule and hybrid work model adapted to your needs.
