Opportunity to take on new professional challenges. **DESCRIPTION** Our client is a well-known company in the optical sector expanding its presence with the opening of a new center in Lleida. The new facility aims to become the most comprehensive and advanced in the city. We seek a person to lead this new project as the Establishment Manager. Although experience in the optical sector will be valued, it is not mandatory. What matters most is attitude, ability to learn, and the desire to embrace new professional challenges. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead and coordinate the team of the new establishment. * Ensure excellent customer service and high quality standards. * Participate in the launch of the new center. * Manage resources and ensure achievement of objectives. **REQUIREMENTS** * Previous experience in managerial positions (optical sector experience valued but not essential). * Leadership and team management skills. * Proactivity, positive attitude, and results orientation. * Availability to complete prior training in Reus. **CONDITIONS** * Remuneration negotiable according to profile. * Split working hours. * Alternate Saturdays off. * Start date prior to the planned opening (April\-May), including prior training in Reus.
