Here’s how you’ll do it: * Support the EHS & Operations In-Store Lead or Manager with store operations and Health & Safety tasks—including completing checklists, assisting with inspections and audits, and managing waste and systems. * Manage daily and weekly cash office reports. * Promote compliance with company policies and procedures. * Support the store’s management team in achieving operational excellence. * Report and escalate incidents according to company procedures and policies. **What Are We Looking For?** Operational control is vital at Primark, so we need the right person for this role. This is what we expect from you: * Planning and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail. * Integrity, excellent communication skills, and numerical aptitude. * Customer orientation—both external and internal—and the ability to identify potential issues and resolve incidents, keeping the store’s management team informed. * Ideally, experience in retail and handling cash in a highly dynamic environment. * Geographic mobility is not required but is valued. * Teamwork, high motivation, and a positive attitude.
