**About Us** RollerFun Madrid is an established and rapidly expanding roller-skating school, present across multiple areas of Madrid. In a highly competitive sector, we have distinguished ourselves through the quality of our instruction, small class sizes, and close relationships with families. We are creating a **newly established position** to lead the club’s day-to-day operations.
**Role Mission** To serve as the key contact person ensuring seamless daily operations: instructors, classes, families, incidents, and events. This is a role offering **real autonomy and responsibility**, ideal for someone eager to leave their mark on a growing project.
**Responsibilities**
* Handle calls, messages, and inquiries from families and instructors with exceptional service.
* Manage and resolve daily operational incidents using independent judgment.
* Coordinate the instructor team: schedules, substitutions, and class quality.
* Organize and plan club events and activities.
* Monitor group occupancy rates and family satisfaction.
* Propose improvements and innovations to maintain our competitive edge in a highly competitive market.
**Essential Requirements**
* **Proven experience of 3 to 5 years** in coordination and operations within a **roller-skating sports center** (sports sector experience is mandatory). Verification will be required.
* Experience managing and resolving **real-world operational issues** in a sports setting, resolved **autonomously and self-directed**.
* A **solution-oriented profile**, demonstrating initiative, creativity, innovation, and sound judgment to balance risk and opportunity without exposing the club to undue risk.
* **Excellent telephone communication skills** and a friendly, approachable manner when interacting with families.
* Knowledge of **sector-specific regulations**: safety standards, child protection laws, and a **valid certificate of no sexual offense convictions**.
* **Residence in Madrid (mandatory).**
* **Personal vehicle (mandatory)** for traveling between locations and resolving incidents.
* Availability to combine **remote work** (coordination tasks) with **in-person presence in Madrid** (classes and daily incident handling).
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Sports-related academic or federative qualification (FMP).
* Experience organizing sports events.
* Experience working with children and families.
* Prior work experience at roller-skating clubs.
