PROEDUCA Group is seeking an International Operations Specialist who will play a key role in providing operational support to the International Admissions department. Your responsibilities will include extracting, analyzing, and presenting data to facilitate strategic decision-making, as well as collaborating on the implementation of new tools and processes to optimize daily operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Preparation of daily reports for various teams. * Extraction and analysis of operational data. * Maintenance of updated records and databases. * Administrative and logistical support. * Participation in the implementation of new tools and developments. * Collaboration in continuous process improvement. **Your Impact** Your work will ensure efficient information flow across departments, enabling leaders to make informed decisions. Your role will be essential to the operational success of all locations. **Requirements** **Academic Qualifications:** Bachelor’s or Licentiate degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Industrial Organization, Logistics, or related fields. **Technical Skills (preferred but not mandatory):** * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros). * Power BI. * Salesforce. * SharePoint. * BPM tools (Bizagi, Lucidchart, Visio, ClickUp). * Microsoft Teams. **Experience:** At least 1 year of experience in commercial operations, logistics, or project management.
