Responsibilities include direct user care, administration of prescribed medications, monitoring blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, and collaboration with the medical team. Clinical materials are also prepared, medical records are managed, and bedridden patients are cared for—including repositioning, enteral feeding via nasogastric tube, and colostomy care. Personal hygiene of users is supervised, and medications and food in rooms are monitored. Additionally, healthcare needs of center staff are addressed, and collaboration with physiotherapists is carried out in activities compatible with professional qualifications. When no specific personnel are available, pharmacy, laboratory, and radiology orders are placed. In certain situations, the hired individual may coordinate and supervise care outlined in the care plan, always within their functional scope.
