Join our team as a Multilingual Assistance Operator, delivering high-quality support and assistance to those in need during travel emergencies. ### **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Handle calls from our insured customers requiring roadside assistance. * Coordinate dispatch of towing, mechanical, or technical assistance services. * Provide empathetic, solution-oriented, and professional customer service to our insured customers. * Track cases, resolve incidents, and follow up to completion using an automated case management system. #### **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** * A team of professionals delivering personalized telephone assistance to insured customers, managing, processing, and tracking claims with a HELPING SPIRIT, COMMITMENT, AND RESPONSIBILITY * Individuals with strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Basic computer literacy. * Minimum 1 year’s prior experience in a call center or technical support role. * Customer service proficiency in Spanish and one additional language (English, French, Portuguese, or Catalan), bilingual level. #### **BENEFITS AND CONDITIONS:** * Fixed shifts of 30 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, in MORNING or AFTERNOON shifts.
