




Position Summary: Lead the on-site MEP Technical Office, coordinating execution, preparing budgets, supervising progress, and managing teams on construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in the MEP Technical Office and coordination of construction projects. 2. Comprehensive management of MEP costs and budgets. 3. Technical support and coordination of teams of 6 to 10 people. ### **Responsibilities** * Lead on-site MEP Technical Office activities. * Coordinate closely with Design and Procurement departments to ensure proper execution of MEP works. * Prepare budgets and conduct economic comparisons for various MEP packages. * Supervise, review, and report daily construction progress. * Review monthly certifications submitted by subcontractors. * Prepare and validate payment certifications for submission to the client. * Participate in technical and commercial meetings with the Design Management team and other project stakeholders. * Ensure technical and economic control throughout the construction execution phase. * Coordinate and provide technical support to a team of 6 to 10 people. ### **Requirements** * University degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Civil Engineering or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects (mandatory), not limited to industrial environments. * Demonstrable experience in MEP works, particularly in: + Mechanical installations / HVAC + Plumbing systems + Fire protection systems * Experience in cost control, budgeting, and commercial comparisons. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools. * Experience coordinating with Design and Procurement teams. * High-level English and Spanish proficiency. * Organized, analytical profile with leadership ability and results orientation.
