We are looking for an intern eager to develop, learn, and grow within the Marketing, Sales, and Communications Department at RMG. Someone energetic, curious, and motivated to make an impact by joining our team. We seek individuals who not only want to learn but also contribute, propose ideas, and dare to do things differently. Here, we value the attitude that drives action—the one that turns intention into reality. We offer a **6-month internship (with possible extension)**, where you can learn from industry professionals, gain hands-on experience, make mistakes, and grow in a collaborative, dynamic, and enjoyable environment. **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday, 9:00–17:30, and Friday, 9:00–14:00 (including a one-hour lunch break, of course!). **Paid internship.** **Mandatory:** Ability to sign an internship agreement with a university or educational institution. What will you do on a daily basis? * Listening to and analyzing sales department performance quality. This is extremely important to you, as you will be part of our initiative to strengthen commercial teams. * Writing original news articles related to Marketing and Communications. * Writing and SEO-optimizing web content. * Managing advertising campaigns on Google Ads and social media. * Creating attractive, brand-consistent designs for social media—managing both our own accounts and those of our clients. * Planning and organizing communication, marketing, and advertising strategies. * Conducting market analysis and research. * Developing and implementing communication and marketing plans. **What we value** We love proactive, responsible, and empathetic people—those who don’t wait for things to happen, but make them happen. We’ll also consider your background, your sales experience, and the story that drives you. We’re waiting for you! Work location: Hybrid remote work in 28037 Madrid, Madrid province
