Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for a hotel in Madrid, responsible for planning, preventive maintenance, repair of malfunctions, and regulatory compliance of facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance according to the quality manual. 2. Responsible for legionella prevention and emergency plan. 3. Promote energy savings and efficiency. CATALONIA HOTELS, an expanding hotel chain, is looking for a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN for one of our hotels in central Madrid. The **main tasks to be performed** are as follows: * Planning of tasks. * Performing preventive maintenance according to the quality manual; completing the corresponding form. * Following corrective maintenance procedures as outlined in the quality manual. * Repairing and/or supervising malfunctions; verifying that malfunctions are fully resolved. * Carrying out the legionella prevention process; completing the corresponding records. * Ensuring facilities comply with current regulations. * Responsible for directing the emergency plan. * Maintaining and preserving hotel facilities and furniture in perfect condition. * Diagnosing the condition of facilities and reporting to the hotel manager. * Promoting and implementing energy-saving and efficiency measures. * Managing inventory and spare parts, subject to management approval. REQUIREMENTS * Experience in a similar position. * Technical education \+ Installer licenses. * Technical knowledge (electricity, gas, water, etc.). * Commitment, rigor, and dedication.
