Our portfolio includes brands such as SmartRental Collection, Akeah, Malacuna, Live It, Suio, Evoca, and Lemonade, covering various vertical markets within the Living and Hospitality sectors. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities (electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, basic carpentry). * Respond to and resolve technical incidents reported by guests or hotel staff. * Monitor and ensure proper operation of equipment and facilities (boilers, elevators, HVAC systems, lighting). * Maintain records of completed work and report malfunctions or improvement needs. * Assist in installation, adjustment, and repair of hotel machinery and systems. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations during maintenance operations. * Coordinate, when necessary, work with external suppliers and technical service providers. * Conduct periodic inspections to identify potential failures or risks. * Support space and infrastructure improvement and renovation tasks. * Maintain order and cleanliness in storage areas, tools, and technical zones. **What are we looking for?** * Valid Type B driver’s license (motorcycle). * **Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and masonry.** * Ability to **detect and diagnose faults** in domestic installations. * Safe handling of **manual and power tools**. * Ability to perform **preventive and corrective maintenance**. * Ability to understand **technical drawings, manuals, or maintenance checklists**. * Basic knowledge of **occupational safety and hygiene regulations** **What do we offer?** * Opportunities for professional development and growth within an expanding company. * Discounts on our accommodations, restaurants, events, and more.
