The selected candidate will join the **Direct Logistics** department, a key unit within the Group’s operations, responsible for ensuring proper order management and multi-brand logistics flow. From this unit, end-to-end processes are led, focusing on order tracking, data analysis and incident identification to improve logistical service efficiency and quality. **Training Objectives** During the internship, students will be able to: * **Learn how to manage end-to-end logistics processes**, from order creation through to final delivery, identifying critical points and implementing improvement actions. * **Develop analytical skills**, using Business Intelligence (BI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for logistics data analysis. * **Familiarise themselves with corporate tools (SAP, Kairos)** for point-of-sale and contractor configuration and maintenance. * **Enhance communication and teamwork skills**, collaborating with various departments involved in the logistics chain. * **Identify and resolve technical incidents**, managing internal orders and monitoring their status. **Mentorship and Follow-up** The intern will be supported by the Direct Logistics Manager, who will serve as their academic tutor. Clear learning objectives will be established from the outset. Progress will be reviewed periodically with continuous feedback. A safe and stimulating learning environment will be guaranteed. **Candidate Profile** * **Qualifications**: Final year of Industrial Organisation Engineering, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or postgraduate studies in data analytics with an interest in operations. * **Required skills**: + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. + Analytical and synthesising abilities. + Initiative, collaborative attitude and proactivity. + Teamwork and autonomy. + Capacity to learn and generate new ideas. * **Languages and tools valued**: + Intermediate English. + Knowledge of BI tools (BigQuery, Looker Studio, MicroStrategy). + Experience using AI tools such as Gemini or Copilot.
